Director of  three 100 days and 2 fifty days films R Chandru gets the crown of `Manikya Deepa` = the title picked from the famous song in Sanskrit sung by Dr Rajakumar.

 

It is Sangolli Rayanna Vedike of Hubli headed by Muthanna and others crowned `Manikya Deepa` for R Chandru. A sword, shawl, silver crown were offered to R Chandru in the presence of bigwigs at Rayanna Vedike. Upendra was also honored with ‘Kari Kambli’ on this occasion of `Brahma` audio.

 

Nearly 30000 people and invitees, media was witness to this honor made to R Chandru.
